COLIN GLASS
Chairman

Colin brings with him a wealth of experience in the consumer, online and retail markets. His knowledge and expertise stretches over a number of years and encompassing many well-known multinational high street brands and online businesses including Boots, PC World, Oasis Stores, PhotoBox and Intermediactive Group. He has board level experience of businesses, trading throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Colin is also a Non-Executive Director of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust; Industry Fellow at Roehampton University and Professor of International Business Education at Cambodia's National Institute of Education.

COLIN WILLIS
Non-Executive Director

Colin is currently the managing director of Hotspur Capital Partners and has more than twelve years venture capital experience during which he floated and exited a number of businesses. While employed at Enterprise Ventures and 3i, Colin gained experience working with new ventures, start-ups, rescues and early-stage technology businesses. He also worked for Accenture in their systems and strategy consulting divisions. Following his time with Accenture, Colin completed an MBA at Warwick University.

MARK GOODYEAR
Advisor

Mark is a Management Consultant, providing IT experience to a number of large and small clients around the UK in all aspects of Information Technology and IT projects. He is also a registered CEDR Mediator for commercial dispute resolution.

Until 2004 Mark was a senior partner in Accenture. Joining in 1980, he became a Partner in 1991 and has worked with major clients across all the sectors, both in the UK and internationally. From 1998-2001 he was responsible for Accenture's Global Technology Competency Organisation based in Chicago. From 2001, he was a member of the Products Division Executive team where he was responsible for all the technology consultants, third party alliances and the Intellectual property program.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) and is a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIOD).
